four seasons pizza




Ingrediants dough :

 - Two cups of flour  bread.

- 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.

- 1 Teaspoon yeast.

- ½ teaspoon salt.

- 1 Teaspoon sugar.

- 2  tablespoons  of olive oil.

-  1 Egg.

-  1 Cup of  warm milk



Face:

grilled Sauce: sliced cheese Mazrula olive oil to  put ot on the face of the dough four seasons in each season we put:

(1): sliced
​​sausage and diced red pepper.

(2): sliced ​​mushrooms.

(3): olive tomato wrung from the liquid inside sliced ​​mushrooms.

(4): poached shrimp.

 How to prepare:

- Put in  the electrical dough and dough all ingredients well.

-  than put it to a floured surface and  dough it  until soft and also be a little stuck.

- Cover and leave until double in size. 

-  On a floured unfold the dough  don’t make it thin. And put it in the form of pizza. 

- put the olive oil and then the sauce. 

- Identify with a knife pizza into 4 sections and do not cut it . 

- Put on each section one face . 

- Arrange slices Almazrula and olive oil.

- enter the pizza in the oven put it in  rack in the lower to 215 C heat until cooked. 

- remove it from oven and cut into 4 pieces.
